This section fully details facts & fun about all 77 playable character classes in the game of Ogre Battle. What you’ll find in this section:

1) Highly detailed character class “bios,” if you will. These explain everything that you will need to know to determine which classes are good, and which ones aren’t! They are listed above in somewhat organized divisions, (thinks me!) but there are four main different types of characters that they fall into:

Male Character Classes: Look through the Fighter & Miscellaneous tabs for more inforamtion about these branches of classes. Their primary damage dealing attribute is Strength, with exception being any spell casting classes like Wizards; theirs instead are Intelligence.

Female Character Classes: Look through the Amazon tab for more information about this branch of classes.
Their primary damage dealing attribute is Intelligence.

Demi-human Classes: Look through the Other Female, Other Low Sky, & Miscellaneous tabs for more information about these branches of classes.
Their primary damage dealing attribute is Intelligence.

Monster Classes: Look through the Dragons, Golem & Giant, & Other Large Monster tabs for more information about these branches of classes.
Their primary damage dealing attribute is Strength, with exception being the final Dragon class’s Back Row attacks; theirs instead are Intelligence.

2) Within these highly detailed character class bios, a huge error has finally been remedied! Every publication & every web dedicated to this game (even this one up until now!) The stats that are gained for all 77 character classes has been flat out wrong. Not only were the number themselves wrong, but the level gaining mechanism itself was wrong as well! But don’t you fret! I have painstakingly gone over every single character class, and am proud to provide the correct level up stats!

3) Quick Lists

This page has a bunch of what I like to call “quick lists.” They are short but consice references about the
various classes. it can be irritating to remember & compare which class does what, so the charts on these pages will hopefully make that task easier.
This is the place for new players to visit to get a quick overview of various things that they should know about the characters as a whole. For experts, it’s mostly just wild ramblings...
